Zero point medals are un-approved medals. Some of them will be approved later on and some of them won't be because the game sucks. Basically, zero point medals are there for authors who want medals in their game and won't stop bugging Tom/PG about it.
Well I have three medals, 2 from the bitton game, and 1 from button game classics and there really ugly and really spamming up my medal collection.
